Project Overview:

The Leapstitch apparel manufacturing facility, situated on a 3.5-acre site, Based on a modular concept. Designed as a one-story structure, the facility embraces a modular concept to accommodate advanced robotic machinery, ensuring high efficiency and flexibility in production processes. The project consists of 141 modular units, including a state-of-the-art warehouse, all constructed using recyclable materials in line with sustainable building practices. The facility is zoned according to a initially generated master plan, including manufacturing units equipped with robotic machinery, a modern office space, multiple personal office rooms, meeting rooms, and a cafeteria complete with personal seating spaces with lockers. Additional facilities include dedicated changing rooms, security and screening zones, refreshing areas for staff, and ample storage and service spaces. The design also provides separate accommodation facilities for workers, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Design Concept:

The core concept driving the Leapstitch facility’s design is the harmonious integration of advanced technology and sustainable principles. The modular construction not only facilitates the incorporation of robotic machinery but also allows for future expansion and adaptation. The use of recyclable materials throughout the building underscores the company’s commitment to minimizing its environmental impact.
